CULT CAPSULE

JOIN OUR [ NOT A CULT ]

The Cult Capsule was created to mock the concept of secret societies, elitists groups & cliques which often control the influence within the creative industry. The capsule shines some light on the idea while mocking the concept using high visibility fluorescent colours and 3M reflective icons, showing something can be hidden in plain sight. The capsule pays homage to the creatives in the industry being kept at bay by cliques and corporations not wanting independent artists to succeed on their own terms.

ABOUT AÉRAS

Aéras, is provocative art project founded by Strato Sarris. It emerges as a vibrant
expression of his rekindled creativity following a detour into the tech world. With an aim
to disrupt the fashion industry and provoke profound contemplation, Aéras strives to
evoke a range of emotions, whether being positive or negative.

Sarris believes, that true art should not conform to a singular perspective. He embraces
the notion that not everyone may resonate with his creations, and he welcomes divergent
opinions.

"Art is subjective, and I embrace the diversity of responses it evokes. Whether someone
falls in love with my work or dislikes it, it signifies that I am succeeding in steering
conversations and inciting thought rather than people liking my work purely because its
cool to do so” says Sarris.

Aéras encourages individuals to form their own perspectives and engage with the pieces
on a deeper level. By evoking a spectrum of emotions within its audience, Aéras aims to
forge a new path in the art and fashion realms, where conformity gives way to
authenticity and open dialogue. “The Aéras project is a small window into my thoughts
and how I view the world. It’s often heavily symbolic and abstract but I believe that allows
people to view it through their own window and how the concepts impact their lives.”
